Q: How much does it cost?
A: There are no setup costs, and no fixed ongoing costs. You only pay for the responses you download. The first 99 responses are free, and it's only $5.00 per 100 responses from then on. For example, to download 1-99 responses, you would pay nothing, 100-199 would cost $5.00, 200-299 would cost $10.00, etc.


Q: What's so different about SendBackTo.us?
A: There are a number of ways SendBackTo.us can make collecting data easy:

  • We don't charge anything until you start getting value from your web form.
  • Your web form is customisable with your corporate look and feel
  • We offer download options for the collected info that you can import directly into your systems or a spreadsheet for further processing.
  • We offer advanced options for uploading your existing database (see below)
  • You don't need a website to use our services, but if you do already run your own site, you can integrate a web form quickly and easily with what you already have.


Q: How do I get hold of the data collected on my form?
A: There are three download options. You can either get each form response emailed to you after it's submitted, or you can log on here and download your form data in XML or CSV format. You can download as often as you like, and will only be prompted for payment if your total response count reaches another 100 records.


Q: How do I direct people to my web form?
A: When you set your form up, you select a unique name for it. All your users have to do is type in http://SendBackTo.us/[your form name], for example http://SendBackTo.us/BobsTyreShop


Q: Can I set up more than one form?
A: As long as you select a unique form name for each form, you can set up as many as you like.


Q: How do I set up my web form?
A: Our setup pages will guide you through the process of setting up the form and the data fields you want to collect. Each question has a plain English explanation of what is required and how it will affect the final result.


Q: How do I pay?
A: You don't need to pay anything until you want to download more than 100 responses. Once this happens, you will automatically be redirected to the paypal site where you can enter credit card details or pay with an existing paypal account. You do not need to be a paypal member to do this.


Q: Do you offer bulk rates for large numbers of records?
A: Yes, contact us if you are expecting over 5000 responses and we will provide a quote for your estimated volume.


Q: Can I upload my database so people can change existing data rather than entering everything from scratch?
A: Yes, this is possible if your users have a unique ID and you can supply them with a password. Since this process can be quite complex to set up, it is currently not available from the standard web form setup pages.
